03. Limitation of Technical Liability
LuxHome AI provides interpretability layers for automated systems. While we aim for 100% visibility of logic, the final decision-making authority remains with the user's "human-in-the-loop." We are not liable for autonomous actions taken by external third-party models that utilize our diagnostic outputs.
Under no circumstances shall LuxHome AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic interpretations or business decisions made based on XAI strategic audits.
Usage Protocols.
Data Integrity
Users must provide anonymized datasets for model ingestion and surrogate mapping. LuxHome AI assumes no responsibility for sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) uploaded outside of secure consulting windows.
Intellectual Property
